Ingredients

  • - at least a dozen fresh mint leaves
  • - the juice obtained from squeezing 2 limes
  • - 1 cup of coconut milk
  • - 1 or 2 tablespoons honey
  • - lots of ice, at least 2 cups

Instructions

  • The star ingredients of this smoothie are the mint and the lime, so make sure that the leaves are freshly picked and the lime juice is fresh too. Good quality coconut milk will not have a very strong coconut taste, but it will add consistency to the entire mix. Some prefer sweet beverages, so you can add honey to the whole mix, but that is not a must.

The making process is the easiest ever: just put all the ingredients in the blending machine and blend them until you obtain the desired consistency. Enjoy!
