GOOD MORNING GREEN SMOOTHIE with Apple, Banana and Orange

- Fresh fruit:
- - 1 granny Smith apple
- - 1 banana
- - 1 orange
- And some fresh greens:
- - 1 carrot
- - half a centimeter fresh ginger
- - 1 celery stick or 1 bunch parsley leaves
- To make it perfect for a hot summer’s morning, add:
- - a few ice cubes.
- At first, you need to make sure that all the ingredients are ready for blending. This means that you have to wash the leaves, the ginger and peel the orange and the banana, then cut them into medium lumps. Blend them for at least half a minute at first at low then at the highest speed until the mix becomes homogenous. When the blend becomes smooth, add the ice cubes and blend for another minute. The result will be a delicious smoothie that you will be able to drink with a straw.
